quotes its no problem dude i had no clue what to take first time round either! as for spares a lot of people recommend mech hangers but iver gone with 4 lads for the oast two years and not one of us has needed to replace one. Just daft things really, i have lost many bolts as odd as it may sound haha! also had to replace grips butthats about it. the braking bumps give the bike a real shaking. Well it depends on weight limit i guess as theres no harm in taking them, just replacement anything is ridiculously steep. Labor isnt too bad mind you.

quotes yeah man should be running sweet as a nut then! brake pads? if your just going for a week you wont need a spare pair like just newish ones will be needed! the supertacky rear will get shredded very quickly! but if its only a week it should be fine i always go 60a minions/highrollers. Although this year im going with what was stock on my morewood scwalbe wicked wills but im going out for the season so ill be taking another pair plus a wet rear. make sure you take plenty of tubes theyre pricey out there, and also just small spares which are likely to go wrong

First year i went i was on a cannodale perp which is more of a fr rig but then last year i bought myself a glory to take, i didnt expect to see much of an improvement but it feels loads better! and this year i treat myself to another bike! which is unfortunate for my bank account
